"I had the most wonderful stay here! It’s super cute and cozy! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charming touches that made it truly special. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the lighting was warm and inviting, and every little detail—from the soft blankets to the well-stocked kitchen—showed how much care went into creating a relaxing environment.The location was perfect too: peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to everything I needed. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure my stay was absolutely seamless.I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a cozy getaway with tons of charm, this is the place. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The area is safe. The property is around the corner from Fairway Middle school and in the morning we enjoyed a walk to Jack L McLean Jr Park close by. There were some shack looking homes, but many have been replaced by newer homes. We checked in at 9 PM in the dark and if I had been alone I would have been scared because it’s not like a well lit hotel parking lot, it’s a house in the country near the Florida state fairgrounds. We got a code for a keypad from the owner and a key from the lock box, went inside and turned on the air conditioner, which cooled down in about 20 minutes. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot & powerful. We were there for FSU parents weekend and local hotels were running 300-1000 a night. If you’re adventurous enough to stay in a trailer it was clean & comfortable & worked out just fine. The owner texted with us about a few questions we had upon arrival and were very nice. Not a bad commute only took us 13 minutes to FSU."
