“When I made the booking, it is a two bedrooms room. However, the design of this room is strange. It has one big door and has two doors on left and right. It just like a two separate rooms. My kids are small and cannot accept this room type. However, I get upgrade for my room type and live in a house that is great. “Room was dirty with stains”

“Enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Seaside Holiday Resort Final Bay. The room had everything you would expect including milk and coffee. They are very clear in their communications that they don't make up beds (and charge a fee to do so), but that doesn't make it ok. It's unfortunate that this kind of cost cutting (along with extremely limited reception hours) is becoming common after Covid, and also feels unhygenic. I would be more likely to stay again if they offered full service, for this price……

“Great location, clean, and great amount of space. Only trouble was getting in at the start however this was quickly fixed with a phone call. ”

“Cutlery and crockery were dirty, with food still stuck to some cutlery. Beds, bathrooms etc were excellent. Poor layout, with no sanitary facilities downstairs, making it hard for older people and those with bad knees. Parking inadequate unless underneath was used - again too many stairs.”
