“The hotel is nice. One of the best hotels in Douala. Nice area, nice room, nice restaurant and nice cleaning quality. But front desk attitude seems need to be improved, feeling bad when checkin and also checkout, especially a person named Cyril, bad attitude and even not willing to give me the change after I pay the minibar fee. He said there is no change and not even try to fix it, seems like to force me to take the change as his tips. After all, this is a nice hotel. ”

“This is my to-go hotel whenever we visit Douala, Cameroon. It’s clean, stylish, easy to reach, and genuinely classy, offering Western-level standards at just the right price. And the staff? Their hospitality is on another level compared to other hotels in the country. They made sure we were looked after with smiles all day long. “Terrible hotel. We paid $140 for a two-night stay, but we left immediately after seeing the room. The bed sheets were dirty and had blood stains on them. Although the hotel agreed to issue a refund, we have still not received our money. Very disappointing experience.”
