“Room’s cleaning standards were very basic. Room for some improvement there it would benefit for sure. Very minor issues found with one or two ants I found in the room, and some foreign hairs on bedding on the first day, checking in. The kitchen and bathroom again require more monitoring/cleaning before use, as they’re shared, but given the prices of the rooms it isn’t unreasonable to expect guests to tidy up after themselves. “The rooms were well prepared and clean. Location was very convenient for our needs during the stay. ”

“Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room.”

“A nice stay with my family in this 2-bedroom apartment suite. The rooms were clean and warm when we checked in. The location was a stone away from the Chinatown . 10-15 min walk to the Xmas market and all the other main shopping area. Front desk staff were helpful .but limited reception operating time. The only minor issue we have had was we weren’t given the WiFi passcode and there was a fire alarm malfunction during the evening which forced us to stand in the icy cold street until the……

“The cottage was spotless, the shower was wonderful and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen had all I needed to cook a meal which I appreciated. The experience was bliss.”

“The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum. Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. The bed was comfortable and a small amount of tea/coffee was provided. The only negatives are that it was a noisy location and the rooms could do with a deep clean.”

“Great apartment in a decent location, but it was badly let down by basic attention to detail. The portable AC appeared to vent hot air back into the room instead of outside, leaving the space uncomfortably hot overnight. With no windows that could be opened and very poor lumpy pillows, it became one of the most uncomfortable nights away from home I can remember...and I travel alot.”
