「性價比高的一間住宿。地點優越，距鼓樓及鐘樓景點不遠，離地鐵站也在可行距離。職員整體友善及能解決客人需要。房間整潔，寬大及設備齊全。有付費機埸接送服務，收費合理。有免費下午茶及晚上甜湯，令客人窩心。四週有不同食店可選擇。唯坐厕冲洗力度不太充足。」

「客房十分大，非常整潔，地點亦很方便，就在鐘樓附近，屬市中心位置，去哪玩都方便出行，酒店職員很熱誠，亦會主動協助，非常感謝入住期間各職員的招待及幫助。另外，早餐豐富，選擇多，中西式都有，酒店有提供洗衣及烘衣設備，實在方便，整體上，西安鐘樓諾富特酒店性價比很高，下次再來西安的話，必定再次入住。」

「The hotel is set in a beautiful location, and I stayed for three nights. The staff were friendly, and the service was generally pleasant. However, given that it carries the Sofitel Legend brand, the condition of the rooms was disappointing and fell short of expectations. Upon check-in, I inspected the bathroom and reported finding hair in both the bathtub and shower. While housekeeping attended and cleaned the bathtub, the shower was overlooked—the same strands of hair remained afterward, which...

「Service with the price i paid, acceptable. Location: Not easy to find with the small logo, nearby major attractions, walkable distance, convenience. Room: Clean, TV only has China channels, no non china channels. Reception: below standard, inexperienced, lack of smile. Breakfast: Quality below standard, very limited choices, and staff mess up the record. Decoration: not well maintain. Not sure why the other people give high score and credits. Again, if in low room price, no complaint.」
