"Gorgeous hotel in the perfect location only a 15 minute walk to Muslim Quarter and an easy walk to get on to the city walls. Fabulous staff, thank you Doris! The rooms are very chic, dark wood panels, large comfortable beds with mattress toppers and the best pillows we’ve had in China. Pay a bit extra to include breakfast as the breakfast room is lovely and there’s a lot of choice. Free use of laundry washer and dryers. Fantastic shower. A safe in the room, hairdryer, bath robes. Impressive place. Would cost double the price even triple in most other cities in the world. Xi’an is a beautiful city."

"Location of the hotel is fantastic, breakfast good. Staff need to have more training because we experience few times not so friendly and attentive. Smoking are not allow on the guest rooms floor yet some customer still smoke at the lift waiting area...we were wondering the floor CCTV is not working?"

"The hotel was amazing. I don' know what i was expecting but it wasn't this hotel. From the second we walked into the room the whole place came alive. The blinds automatically opened it was brilliant. The hotel was super clean the maids were really friendly, and the room itself was incredible. The size of the room was perfect, the bed was huge, we even had a seating area and a table which is always something that helps especially if you want to have snacks in the room. I liked the fact the shower and the toilet were separate. The Aircon worked really well. The complimentary water was brilliant and was replenished every single day without fail. The location was also just perfect, you are in the heart of it here but not to the extent of the muslim quarter. I could not recommend this hotel more and If i go back to Xi'an I will be staying here again. The breakfast was included in the rate and it was perfect. Such a diverse range of foods and fruits and drinks. Quick and easy check in and out."

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Location is close to the Metro, restaurants and a lot of the sights. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Room was clean, breakfasts were great."

"Amazing stay and we didn’t want for anything. Front desk staff, concierge, breakfast staff and lounge staff were all unbelievably friendly and exceptional service. The food in the lounge and breakfast was just awesome and plenty to choose from. Our room was superb and nothing was missing for a luxury stay even down to the bath salts. Highly recommended."
