"It's easy to navigate to this location and the parking is right out front. It's a true B&B where there is a dining area and kitchen downstairs and rooms with bathrooms upstairs. The room had excellent sound deadening and we never heard the other guests or the hosts. The breakfast was good and the dining room is nice with a nice view out the front of the B&B. The hosts were nice, but my wife did all the talking in Chinese, so I'm not sure how well they manage speaking in English. The only thing...

"We had to make some changes in our travel plan and had missed the free-cancellation period, but the host allowed us to change the reservation for an earlier date and without any charge -- very friendly and flexible. "住宿點外面車位被停滿，服務人員沒有清楚指示哪裡可以停車，最後停車點雖在住宿點對面，但路上車速很快，過馬路有點危險。 飲水機故障，僅冷水可用，但標示不清處。 不提供早餐，盥洗用具，車流聲超大，冷氣有點吵，隔音不佳，隔壁聊天聲音都聽得到，天花板掉漆，提供安博盒子，但沒有第四台，這樣的住宿品質卻要五千多塊，加上價錢因素，這樣的住宿體驗非常差。 最後，民宿證照僅標示核可3間，令人疑惑。"

"民宿乾淨整潔，而且很新穎; 內裡有電梯，不用拿著行李行樓梯。民宿對着太平洋，房內有小型浸浴池。 民宿大叔很好，事前會用line跟我溝通，回覆很快。早餐亦由他準備，好吃的肉鬆三文治及飲品。 民宿旁邊就是便利店，購買零食很方便。唯獨附近沒有太多食肆，如果要吃晚餐的話，附近有一兩間需預先預訂，否則的話要乘大約10- 15分鐘的士到花蓮車站附近吃。 民宿旁就是七星潭，行去海邊看風景及附近的景點亦非常近及方便。 總括而言，是一間非常高品質的民宿! "
