「We had a fantastic stay with family at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and spacious, with very comfy beds. The friendly dogs made the kids’ stay even more enjoyable. Service was excellent throughout, and Jeff the manager was simply outstanding. The quiet location offered stunning views — a perfect retreat. Highly recommended!」

「Great location, rooms are high tech, clean and comfortable.」

「Our stay was perfect, the staff were so helpful and kind. The view from our room was once-in-a-lifetime. The afternoon tea and cakes were delicious and not too sweet. We would recommend staying here any time you’re in Yangshuo!! The pool was really warm in late October. Logistically, the hotel makes you feel like you’re at home. Laundry machines are available. Deliveries to the hotel from Meituan were easy, and the hotel has a nice breakfast every morning so you don’t have to leave paradise if...

「Excellent location at the entrance of the walking street in fron of a lagoon. Thoughtfully decorated. The brakfast included some delicious french bread.」

「Suoer lovely hotel, staff were amazing, would definitely stay here again!」

「Really enjoyed this hotel. The room was big, clean, and came with a massage chair plus a great mountain view. Breakfast was mainly Chinese themed with limited options but totally fine. It’s not right in town, but getting a Didi (Uber equivalent) anywhere in Yangshuo is quick and easy. The place has lots of fun extras like kids’ play area, small animal corner, as well cat fishes and koi fishes, you can feed, and a rooftop pool that is specifically for photos. They offer a one-time complimentary...

「Very Kind staff and beautiful hotel」

「Fantastic rooms and service」

「We have mixed views on this Banyan Tree Property. The room and the grounds were lovely and very well maintained, including things for kids to do, however there were some key details lacking which means this property falls short of the standards we expect from Banyan Tree. Firstly the service was quite frosty and not as attentive as it could have been, I know there was a language barrier, but it doesn’t account for everything. Please note I would not put our butler in this category - Teresa was...

「Had a very nice stay here. Good bed, clean and most importantly, very friendly and nice staff. Can recommend this hotel.」

「This was our favourite hotel of our visit in China. Staff were lovely and they even have a pet llama, a cat and dogs at the hotel which makes it feel extra special. Thank you for a wonderful stay!」

「The hotel was great. The staff are so unbelievably helpful and lovely. Whoever the owner is should do all they can to keep the staff they have, they are nothing short of fantastic. Breakfast was good and we ate dinner once too and we were really happy. The location is great, not too far from town but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. We also appreciated the free shuttle in the evening to town. We walked back twice but it was also easy to get a Didi taxi. Highly recommend this place.」
