Although car parking is available it can be a bit of a problem for people with mobility problems. However we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this location.」

Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein, beengt, das Bad ganz eng, man hatte Schwierigkeiten auf der Toilette zu sitzen ohne sich die Knie am Waschtisch zu stoßen. Es fehlten Haken für Handtücher. Das Mobiliar war teilweise grob selbstgebaut Das Frühstück war gut und das Abendessen war auch sehr gut. 」

「As previous reviews had mentioned, the outside of the property left a little to be desired but once through the door we were suitably impressed. Room was very comfortable and secure plus it was a bonus to have the use of the kitchen and facilities, all of which were spotless. Communications from the owner were spot on throughout so really couldn't fault our stay. We took a wrong turning to find the car park but ended up stumbling on off-road parking just a street away where the restriction...

「Lovely peaceful place. In beautiful surroundings. Very attentive helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Modern shower-room. Good wifi. Views of sheep and hills. Very close to Buckfast Abbey conference centre. They also have a courtesy minivan to collect from stations or give lifts if anyone wants a trip away without a car (but I didn't use that as I had my bike - which was accomodated nicely). Faultless. 」
