“Cozy beach house with surprisingly roomy rooms & tons of amenities! TVs in each bedroom with Roku & a fully stocked kitchen for all cooking needs- just add groceries. We weren’t there for the beach but just minutes away from downtown & Nubble Light. Mike the owner was very nice & available if we needed anything. ”

“The house was amazing and perfect size, however who ever cleans the place between visits does a horrible job. Half a roll of toilet paper in bathroom, no paper towels, trash cans had no bags in them, floors covered with sand, blankets smelled and had chocolate on them, had to search for the remotes under the couch and found food under it, dish washer full of dirty dishes and when I ran it it poured water all over the floor, trash barrels and recycling full under the deck. I called the owner and……

“My family and friends stayed 2 nights for July 4th long weekend in beautiful home by the beach. The beach is just across the street. My communication with owner was very easy . She give me all the information and answered all my concerns. The house is old but beautiful Victorian house which we all love. We have everything we needed. We enjoyed hanging outside and sitting in the porch. The beds were comfortable and good quality sheets/ blankets. Each room has its own character. I think they did……
