A really lovely home from home! A great location with local walks right from the garden! Very comfortable and well equipped property with a sizeable garden which is safe and fully enclosed so ideal for pets and children. We’ve had a very enjoyable stay at Wandale Barn, three generations and dogs have had a lovely holiday. The barn is in an ideal setting on the edge of the farm with fields and footpaths all around. The walk into the village was 20-30 minutes. Slingsby is a pretty village with a small shop and an excellent local pub serving good food. On darker nights I would recommend a torch! There was a welcome pack waiting for us on arrival, the dogs were well catered for with a dog basket, water bowl, towels and some biscuits. We found the barn very spacious, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The outside furniture looked new. We would be happy to return.
