「We stayed an overnight for the Cardiff half marathon. The hotel was ideally situated staff were friendly and room was excellent 」

The server did his best but was over powered with the demands of trying to keep up with the orders. Maybe the kitchen staff were understaffed as...

「Drink options great. Very clean room. Fixtures are worn and dated, but very clean. Room was very spacious and had every thing you need ie tea, coffee, biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries. If you need disabled room, you will need to ask as there are steps up to the rooms otherwise. Spa facilities are lovely. So clean and organised. Lovely swimming pool. The restaurant is tired decor wise, but the staff are so friendly, efficient, and the food was great quality, price and...
