「The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay, and the location is excellent, especially if you're planning to visit Tianmen Mountain since the cable car station is just a short walk away. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and generally comfortable. However, there were a few significant issues that affected the overall experience. First, the included breakfast is not served in the hotel itself but at a small nearby restaurant. While breakfast is included, the experience...

「I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. A special thanks to the boss lady and the lovely front desk girl who greeted me every morning with such warmth and sunshine-like positivity. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the breakfast was very good. Everything felt organized and comfortable. The only issue was that the room I received looked nothing like the one shown in the booking photos. The advertised images featured a luxury suite...

棲漫悦林谷觀日出民宿

棲漫悦林谷觀日出民宿

10/10 優異
"Overall 5 star experience but some warnings for future guests. - though the pictures attached to this hotel has an infinity pool there is in fact no longer a pool. I realize now that the description of amenities doesn’t say there is a pool, but I totally missed that bc the pool is featured in so many pictures. - the luxury double room that is quite pricey is apparently not necessarily what you will get. They showed me to a room on the ground floor where everyone in the restaurant would be looking right into my room, vs the panoramic mountain views that came with the listing. When I brought this up they were very gracious to switch me to a family room. Service was great, food was great, I really cannot fault them but I left feeling like I would need to be really careful booking future hotels in China because I really don’t trust anymore that the extra splurge will actually pay off."
