“The Hotel was being renovated”

“Outside was dirty. Door to outside to enter building was not secure. Staff unfriendly”

“I booked a stay on Expedia for a family member to stay then after talking to someone in the office at the location and stating that I would be there in person to pay shortly and they said that I couldn’t book through Expedia because they only do cash in person. When I showed up to help my family member check in and pay in person they had told my family member that if we still wanted a room that we would have to wait until 8:15pm when he came back. I told him on the phone that I would be there……

“The lobby of this hotel was the only place that appeared to be clean. Carpets were dirty and torn in some places. The sheets were yellowed, not bright white. We landed up not staying at this facility due to the condition of everything.”

“Not without an extra charge but I didnt have pets”

“The place was very nice and comfortable and had everything needed.”

“Secluded is right! So peaceful and nothing but nature sounds all around. Saw three does and an 8-point buck off of the back deck while drinking coffee and watching the sunrise. Lots of beautiful attractions not to far away if you are up for some adventure. Me, just kicking back and relaxing is exactly why we chose this property. Oh, and loved that it is pet friendly. We brought our two little dogs and they loved it too!”

“The tiny house/cabin was very cute, clean and the perfect little spot to stay. We will definitely stay again if ever back in this area. Great and friendly host”

“Room was very clean and Shellie was very helpful.”

“It is an okay small city motel. Not bad not great, but okay.”

“All was great”

“Exactly as described and stocked with all essential items needed...was surprised to find laundry soap, charcoal, coffee filters, etc. 10 minutes from Grinders Ferry, Tyler Bend, and several other swimming holes. Will definitely be back!”

“House was so cute! Enjoyed drinking our coffee on the deck while watching wildlife and the lake. Wonderful host for providing spices, coffee, soaps, and even had commonly forgotten toiletries just in case we forgot to pack them. Would rebook again when we visit the lake!”
