“This little gem was perfect! The room was impeccably clean and met all of our needs. Very nice linens. View from our cottage front porch was awesome. The decor was beautiful. The attention to detail was so nice and refreshing. Convenient location. Easy walk to several restaurants, coffee shops and gift shops. We ate dinner at Porters and used our breakfast vouchers at Porters the following morning. Such a nice detail. We highly recommend Porters. Everything we had was delicious and the staff was……

“We stayed on the first floor with floor-to-ceiling widows faced to the parking lot. And the room door didn't have security chain lock. (It's removed and left mark on the door frame). We felt not safe. Breakfast was fine but tips were mandatory. The but stop of the shuttle to Zion NP is just in front of the hotel that is convenient.”

“The location was top notch, however the staff at the front desk was not helpful at all. I stayed two nights and paid for breakfast for two days but only got a ticket for one day. When I asked for the second day ticket the staff member was almost annoyed. Also, I stumbled over a road side block in the parking lot and cut my toe. We asked the front desk for a bandage and they had none. Don’t they have an emergency kit? We tried to change the payment method used for the reservation and were told it……

“The view is amazing, they even had live music at night time. Great customer service. The only thing I do not recommend people to come during the summer time because is super super hot but No AC. We barely sleep at night time cause is super hot at July. ”

“so much extra charges. i booked cabin for maximum 6 people, but i have to pay extra 24dollars for my two kids since my booking default setting is for two adults guests(i didn't change because the cabin said max 6). have to pay extra for coffee 3dollars for a small cup machine made, ice bag 4 dollars and mini golf $5/kid, climbing, horse riding all need to.pay”

“Everything is good but the AC is litter bit too noisy, other than that everything is perfect ”

“Pet friendly. The kitchen had what was needed if you wanted to cook. They do have salt and pepper but if you require more spices I would recommend bringing your own. They do have grill.Staff was very friendly. The jacuzzi was amazing! Room was clean. ”

“Air conditioner did not work, bed was not comfortable at all and creaked every time a person moved, and obviously there was a leak in the bathroom toilet which left the grout between the tile crumbled and u could see thru to underlayment. When stepping on the bathroom floor it was very unsturdy and felt like the tile was going to break at any time. They need ti fix this!!!!”
