「For $700 a night, a guest should at least be able to sleep. Upon checking in, we were assigned Room 301 (located directly beneath the kitchen and breakfast area) and immediately heard loud commotion from above. We asked the front desk if the noise would be a problem during the morning breakfast rush, but they simply said "maybe" but claimed no other rooms were available to move us to. 「Overall, we had a good stay; however, the shower stall in our suite was very poorly designed and it was impossible to take a shower without the leakage completely soaking the bath mat! Since we were only staying for 2 nights, maid service wasn’t provided, so I asked the front desk for clean towels & a fresh bathmat. They provided them promptly and they were even warm! I would stay again.」

「Amazing stay! Loved this hotel and all its amenities. From wine hour, to complimentary breakfast, to the milk and cookies in the evening and the complimentary bottle of wine brought to our room! All staff were helpful, kind and courteous. The location was perfect. We literally were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Close to all shops, restaurants, tours and right on the waterfront. I highly recommend this hotel!」
