“La habitación estaba impecable,el hotel es muy cómodo,y el desayuno es bueno.Mi compañera es celíaca,y no tuvo ninguna opción para su desayuno.Sería bueno que la tuvieran.La ducha es súper.”

“Very cool design, great location walking distance to everything in Jose Ignacio, convenient to the bus station. Rooms are well designed and beds are comfortable. Really nice market and coffee shop / bakery just around the corner. Still some work in progress. The property seems to still be under some construction, as the bar is not yet open and a few other cosmetic things missing. The rooftop pool does not have umbrellas (and according to staff will not due to the wind), so it is fully exposed……

“Staff was amazing! Very kind and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and the locaiton cant be beat.”

“No security lock on the balcony door. Hotel staff claimed that none of the balconies were lockable as the neighbourhood was very safe? The breakfast was good and staff very friendly and answered all our questions. The king room is quite small , especially the minute bathroom and there is little room for luggage in the room. Location is everything with a great beach one block away from the hotel and beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Recommended, if you pack very light and are not travelling……

“Me pareció terrible! No se hospeden acá. No es un hotel, tienen nula comunicación con el cliente. Hice la reservación, me presenté al hotel, ya había pagado pero no sabían nada de mi reservación, no podían llamar al dueño del apartamento para “no molestarlo”, mi viaje era por trabajo así que necesitaba dejar mis maletas, no me lo permitieron porque los dueños no habían avisado nada. Me tuve que ir con mis maletas a otro lado. Se fueron comunicando conmigo a las 8:30pm !!! Para decirme que ahora……

“The first room was not good (has a bad washroom smell). I asked the front desk for another room. Julio, the attendant at the moment, moved me to a different room, which was in much better condition. The breakfast was included (it was simple, the coffee was good, they didn't offered eggs) Location was great: 1 block from Playa Brava and 2 blocks from Gorlero ave. You get what you paid for. Overall, this hotel is a 2 start hotel in Punta Del Este.”

“Hice la reserva y el hotel no la reconoció y me dejaron sin alojamiento. No recomiendo ni el hotel ni a Expedia como intermediario. Agradezco la empatía de Mariano, el recepcionista, aunque el administrador no habló conmigo ni le importó mucho el tema. Si no saben gestionar apps no deberían usarlas.”

“The hotel is an oasis with understated elegance, comfort and surroundings. The decor is subtle and tasteful, breakfast room and service outstanding. The staff extend themselves to be helpful and welcoming. We spent an entire day on the grounds lounging and reading.”
