「I booked a downstairs handicap accessible room because I struggle with stairs. I got there and was told there was no bottom floor rooms or handicap accessible rooms. Will never stay there ever again. Very disappointed!」

「Breakfast was OK. However there was no fresh fruit or fruit of any kind. This is the second Spark Hotel I have stayed at. In both cases the orange juice was watery . I couldn’t drink it. The coffee was very good.」

「Really delicious breakfast, so many options and a lot of space to accommodate families. Room was really spacious and up to date, charging ports and full kitchen with appliances etc. Very comfy beds, loved our stay!」

The staff was polite, but the overall service felt inconsistent, and some interactions didn’t meet the level of attentiveness I expected.
