“Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the welcome gift was a thoughtful touch. The location was also great, with the town centre within walking distance, making it easy to get around. The only issue was with the parking information. The listing stated that parking was available, but I later found out that it is only provided for guests staying 7 nights or more. This restriction was not mentioned in the listing, so it would be helpful if this could be clarified……

“The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. ”

“We had a great stay during the very hot UK weather. The cottage stayed comfortable and relatively cool though as it is well sheltered and shaded. Comfortable sofas and beds, well equipped kitchen, good water pressure for the showers and simple check in and check out process. A quick 5 - 10 min walk in to town and a moderate climb back up which wasn't too bad. Plenty of beaches, shops and bars near by and a great convenient location in St Ives to stay. The only other thing to note is that the……

“The property was small but ok for 2 adults & a pet ... It was clean & modern ... I asked a couple of questions but got no reply ... it was advertised on expedia as having parking which was the main reason we booked it but there is no room anywhere near the property to park which i feel is false advertisising ...other than this we enjoyed our stay in Beautiful St Ives .... reply ”

“Het was een heerlijk appartement met alle benodigde voorzieningen. Er waren de nodige lampen kapot maar we hadden daar geen last van. De eerste dag was alles in de masterbedroom klam (vloer, bed, wc-papier, enz) de volgende dag niet meer.”

“Excellent apartment located right by the beach and train station, beautiful views across st ives and so quiet and peaceful, you can hear the waves on the beach at night. Nice touches from the hosts, towels, bedding, and all kitchen bits you would need ready on arrival. Would come again 100%. Thank you ♥️”

“Our stay was absolutely amazing! The apartment exceeded all of our expectations. It was spotless, beautifully organised, comfortable, and in the perfect location, making our trip even more special. Everything we needed was provided and all the facilities were in excellent condition. You can really see the care and attention that has gone into every detail. Without a doubt, this was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed, especially for its cleanliness, organisation, comfort, and fantastic……

"U pay for a cheaper room price with parking, just 7 mins drive to city centre. There is a cafe and Tesco superstore nearby which is a merit to grap a coffee and replenish your daily necessities."
