「We were in town for a concert. The office was closed when we got there, and they lost our reservation. They didn’t have the room available we requested. They said they were all booked up, but there was only one other car there. The rooms were old, but very clean. There was no hand soap, or any other toiletries. Make sure you bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There was never anyone in the office for clean towels or to restock toilet paper. WiFi and internet doesn’t not work well...

「Stay here when I’m in Tuscaloosa for meetings. Hotel and staff are great.」

「I really liked this hotel. It's a little more expensive than the other hotels in the area, but it's very nice, has good amenities, and is convenient to places to eat and shop. All of the staff was nice. My only complaint was having to pay for parking. If there's an issue with people parking there who shouldn't be, then provide your guests at the hotel with a complimentary parking pass. If you are paying for a room, you shouldn't have to pay to park, too.」

「Good」

「Very clean, very good reception at the front desk, perfect experience, highly recommended」

「I had a procedure scheduled at DCH so the location of this property was great. Cjeck went very well. We decided to stay 2 nights instead of just 1. Front desk clerk handled this well also. That was the good. Carpet in the room was so dirty, the bottom of my feet turned black. Pillows were as bad as hospital pillows - flat Showerhead was broken TV worked fine. Mattress was so so breakfast was not good」

「Great stay! Everything was great!!」

「My first impression was of only 1 car in parking lot, construction debris with removal containers near entrance and trash on lawn. If I could give it a zero rating I would.」

「First time staying at the Alamite. Beautiful hotel which seems relatively new. Lovely room with view out onto Main Street. My stay was just overnight but comfortable and without noise or fuss. Check in desk staff were welcoming and friendly. Downtown Tuscaloosa is quiet but parking was easy, albeit self parking space is limited. The restaurant was fine dining which wasn’t for me so I went to somewhere local. Nice hotel.」
