“There’s nothing better than getting off the road after a long day and finding a hotel that feels just a step above the rest. That’s exactly what I found at Staybridge Suites. From the moment I walked in, the woman at the front desk greeted me like we were old friends. She was incredibly friendly and immediately made me feel welcome. “This was my second time to stay at the Tru in Milord, OH. The room felt clean and I love the scent of their lemon hand soap and body wash. I'm not a huge fan of their offerings for breakfast, but you can find something that you like well enough. I will continue to choose this hotel when I'm in town.”

“There was a blood stain on our blanket that was from a previous stay. We asked the front desk to have someone change it while we were out. When we returned we checked the blanket to see if it was still there on the side it was on. We then discovered that they didn’t change the blanket, they flipped the blanket and the blood stain was on the other side face down. I requested the manager to contact me when we checked out, never heard anything back so I filed a complaint through online guest……

“The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff made sure everything was well stocked. My only problem was the hotel did not have the confirmation for my 2nd room. They initially gave me the key to a room that was already occupied. They corrected the issue and I did not have any additional problems.”
