“The toilet of our first room was nasty. I showed splashes of doo doo under the seat and in the bowl. The lady on the front desk was awesome. She changed is to another room. Then we found that the sheets between the comforter and the fitted was missing. Not to mention that the body wash bottle was left empty on the sink counter. This falls under housekeeping. Someone needs to do some supervising. It's bad because the place was recently renovated and it actually looks nice.”

“What a great hotel! We've stayed at so many in Florence, but first time here. Very nice. Love that the pool is outside!! Love the room with nice big fridge and freezer, we got ice cream from Brusters and put it in the freezer till we were ready to have it. Was a nice night for sitting out by the pool, and quiet, some hotels have nothing but highway noise. Pool was clean and the water was nice. Not too cold! Good breakfast! “The hotel quality was below what pictures and reviews mentioned; couch in our room had stains, fridge did not work, pool was freezing and closed early then times posted.
