Instructions for free transport from the airport were really poor and took us a lot of questions to find it and even then had to wait some time 」

「We had a little problem with communication with the hotel before we arrived but the Yunos, the night shift service manager explained it clearly to us . They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend it to any one visiting Van. 」

Some disadvantages are that the Dolmus from Otogar to the city center is almost full in the afternoon and evening, so I can only reach the hotel by taxi. And the hot water bottle...

「My parents stayed at this hotel one night before they flew from the airport. The room was clean and had everything they needed. Staff has been very helpful. Only downside is that the hotel does not serve lunch or dinner. If I had known this, I wouldn't have booked this hotel, as my dad would have had to buy lunch and dinner from outside of the hotel . I'm not sure if it was mentioned in the hotel description, if not, it should be. But the breakfast is very enjoyable. 」
