"I booked the property for a family of four and can't fault any part of it. The communication throughout was excellent and the property was perfect for our needs. The property is a stones throw from the town centre and harbour but is quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and had all the requirements for a comfortable stay. I would definitely book this property again. "

"Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers."

"Property was perfect for my family. Lovely and clean and everything that was needed for our stay was there. Beautiful garden and setting with ease of parking right outside. "Beautiful hotel, classic early 1900's style. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the pool was out of commission for the duration of our stay but they offered us alternative spa treatments instead. My one recommendation would be to allow guests to lock their doors from the inside and to provide hooks on the outside of all doors to allow "Do not disturb" signs to be hung up. We had neither and a member of the cleaning staff came into the room whilst we were in bed asleep. The staff were very apologetic and this issue can be easily avoided with the above solutions."

The room was warm, clean and comfortable and cleaned daily if you wished. She explained everything so well and was so approachable it helped to make the stay. Breakfast was amazing with everything freshly cooked and delivered by the most friendly and chatty waitress called Trish, who absolutely made our stay.
