“We had everything we needed, and the place was clean and comfortable. The property manager went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing place to stay even after I had problems with Orbitz booking process. Highly recommend!”

“Endroit fantastique, vraiment propre et bien entretenu. Nous avons été pris soin, très bonne nourriture, matelas et oreillers très confortables, salle de bain propre. Nous avons pris un shuttle pour se rendre et revenir au début du sentier de Blue Mountain. Dire que nous étions hébergé chez Jay nous a permis de se sentir en sécurité dans cet environnement retiré”

“I got locked out my room late at night and had to wait about a hr before I could get in my room maybe more. The lack of staff at night and staff not having access or knowledge on how to get a updated key to A guest. This all was going on during carnival weekend so you know I was impaired and had to deal with this. No discount was offered nothing to Accommodate my inconvenience. Other than that had a great stay! ”

“From the beginning to the end was horrible. There was no hot water in the shower I had to use two cups to catch hot water from the sink to bath. If you turn the shower on water would be sprinkling out the shower onto the floor and wall. The shower curtain and shower was all moldy. The walls was dirty and the bed spread had brown stains. It’s a very secure area that I do love but they need to actually take their time and fix the place and do a better job at keeping it clean. I was traumatized……

“We had a three night stay here and it was magnificent! We had a quiet night just drinking a couple of beers on the master balcony. Damian was an attentive, host Excellent place to stay in Kingston!”

“Terrific breakfast, great housekeeping and security staff. We extended our initial 2 night stay by 3 additional nights. Good base for exploring Kingston and surrounding areas by car. And yes, the location can be tricky to find, Google Maps works…”

“the grounds were well kept. The apt was clean and clean linen was available. But be sure to bring your own TP you get only one roll. The front door was sticking. there was a little problem starting the clothes washer. All else worked. treadmill was broken. their workout space needed updating. AC was in the living room only. None in the bedroom.. The AC had some impact in the bedroom. Could see some mountain view.”

“Beautiful property and surroundings but the rooms are very basic and not clean. We had plumbing issues that weren't fixed during our stay and the breakfast was less than desirable. If you only need a place to sleep then it's okay, but very lacking for anything more.”
