“Brand new hotel on a brand new highway close to the center of town. The pool and tennis area is very nice, as well as the plentiful outdoor seating areas situated in the well manicured gardens. Friendly staff and good service also.”

“Stayed for 8 days and honestly I was disappointed especially the price for there isn’t worth it also when we arrived they said they was cleaning the room when they finished they told us the room was ready when we went to the room the floor had a lot of sand on the floor flies as well their complimentary breakfast was awful it’s either bread and eggs or pancakes and sausages. The bathroom had a very nasty scent I honestly visited on a business trip and trust me I couldn’t have waited for my time……

“All Chinese! If you speak mandarin, then fine. If not be prepared to communicate via cell phone translation. The hotel is run by Chinese. The breakfast is mainly variations of Chinese food with one tub of margarine and jar of jam for everyone to use. Utensils are spread out on a tray for everyone to touch. Food is not replenished quickly. I did not like the hotel at all.”

“Booked online with Expedia, confirmed with Expedia, and then cancelled by the property at the last minute. The property owners were downright rude when I called them to confirm with them, and I had to scramble around looking for a new place. Thankfully Expedia rebooked me at a new hotel which was 10 times better than this one at no extra cost. Thankfully Expedia rebooked you for turning a bad experience into a great one, Expedia. I love your customer service!”

“It was very clean central location close to the town”

“The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom.”

“the room was very clean, bathroom nicely tiled, and was spacious - hot water to shower was abundant. Parking was good and the owner allowed me to park on the hotel's front driveway. Very close to banks. GRA is one straight drive on camp street. I didn't like the breakfast - only took the breakfast one day - the other days I ate out (not a problem for me)”

“Room had no tolietry, or complimentary water for two nights. The fixtures need an upgrade. The 🛁 leaking from the tap all night. The TV was not clear/snowy screen. This suite had kitchen but no dish or cutlery. The room door need to go. I had to ask staff to open it. Staff was helpful in the breakfast department. Overall. I needed a place to rest so I make do. Hope next time with a bit upgrade and helpful staff who speak English will understand their guest request.”
