"Cuando llegue ai con mi numero de reserva pagada me dijeron que la reserva no existe. Perdi dinero por siete dias de reserva que no fueron reembolsados. Tengan cuidado con este hotel son ladrones y no reenbolsan su reserva. No lo usen. Los atendientes son mal educados e ignorantes."

"El lugar es hermoso, sus instalaciones impecables y su desayuno variado y delicioso. Destaco el espacio creado para niños “Marbe Kids” con sus juegos y monitores hicieron de la experiencia para mi hija mucho más entretenida. Lo que no me gustó, fue que las habitaciones no tenían buen aislamiento acústico, se escuchaba TODO de las habitaciones colindantes. Fue tanto que tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación."

"Muy lindo espacio para visitar, recomendable. En las imágenes de ve un gran bosque de eucalipto el cual no es real. Son un par de árboles. Lo que hace que la vista no sea tan maravillosa. El espacio común no se encontraba 100 adaptado a recibir gente. Quizá que durante la temporada de verano existan más servicios."

"No volvería! Falta de cuidado y manutención. Cocinilla con problemas graves y peligrosos, llave de la cocina gira en banda sin tope, por seguridad se requiere cortar el gas. Baños con fugas de agua en el wc ( se inunda el baño) Muebles terraza y living en mal estado, viejos e incómodos. Edificio sin mantención y humedad. Reposeras rotas y sucias, es imposible recostarse en ellas. La administración no está accesible, la niña que atiende es mal educada, el señor es más gentil e intenta ayudar en...

"I was disappointed by some of the staff who although knew well that we were tourists and did not reside in Chile, still went ahead and charged us government tax of about 90.00 USD. They then refused to reverse it and told us to go to customs at the airport and ask them to reverse it. The customs refused. There were some staff members that were nice and helpful in other ways but this tax issue made our experience so negative."
