「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a relaxing stay. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again....

「Overall, the stay was fine. The property was clean and the room was sufficient. However, we had a very unpleasant experience with a staff member named Phil, we believe (he would not actually give us his name, we had to ask another staff member). My colleague and I were staying the night in advance of a work event the following day. 「I thought the front desk staff was great. They did what they could to resolve the issues. I had problems first night there. There were people running up and down the stairs til 3 am. I also spoke to the maid about cleaning my room and gave my room number to the front desk to be cleaned but they didn’t clean it. There was a roach in my bed and crawling on the wall. The breakfast staff was helpful.」

「Stayed for one night, loved the warm cookies welcome gift. The lobby was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly, I had an issue with my key and was able to meet with maintenance right away. My room for the most part was as pictured. I checked for any remanence of bugs and was glad to not have found any. The room was clean. 「This was a unique hotel, beautiful and comfortable room, lovely property, but be aware this is not your Hilton or Marriott. There are no elevators or on-site parking. You park across the street, no problem unless your baggage is heavy. I climbed to the 3rd floor with my baggage. Not terrible for me but unexpected. I probably failed to read the fine print 😁.
