「Staff were exceptional & even upgraded my room! Beautiful view with great pools and beach access. The bed was super comfortable & wish I could of stayed longer.」

The staff was helpful and corrected everything as soon as it was pointed out except...

「Perfect」

「Great stay! Very clean room. Staff including front desk and cleaning helpers are all helpful and friendly! Convenient location. Very good experience here. (Would be perfect if there is washing liquid) 」

「The hotel provides excellent facilities and fitness room and spa, so enjoy to stay here」

「Airport shuttle is expensive. They charge more than the taxi fare」

「飯店還蠻新的，感覺乾淨，服務也不錯。位置不在市區，交通較不方便。但如果自己開車還算可以。」

「Terrible place. Not worth the little money at all. The pillows are not meant to be for human. Each day we had to ask for cleaning while it should be standard. Beside it’s loud at night due many clubbing in the building. Not recommended at all.」

「Great helpful kind staff.」
