「Good hotel, the only problem for us was that the food menu is very limited, the kitchen is closed most of the time and in La Toscana there is no life outside the hotel, so If the kitchen is closed there is no delivery service or restaurants around.」

Mai mi è capitato di trovare del personale così inadeguato, nemmeno negli angoli più remoti e sperduti dell'asia! In fase di checkout ho dovuto "forzare" il receptionista per pagare! Voleva farmi pagare solo i 2 euro della tassa di soggiorno senza il costo del pernottamento...con il senno di poi avrei dovuto accettare, ma l'onestà paga sempre, anche di fronte a degli incapaci del genere! 」

「I would rate this hotel and its staff ten out of five if there is such a rating! My husband and I stayed three nights and we had a most memorable experience! The grounds of the hotel is beautifully maintained, it is located on a hill overlooking the breath-taking Val d’Orcia. There is a beautiful infinity pool and many garden furniture for guests to sit and enjoy the million dollar view. Every staff member is a professional, even an artist, who excels in their work. The gardener works...

「Stunning location, photos don't do it justice. Very spacious accommodation. Make sure you brush up on your Italian before arriving as the staff don't speak English (and they shouldn't have to). There are activities and dinners you can reserve but make sure to do so at least a day in advance.」
