「We were only able to stay one night but we will definitely be back. Quiet, clean, upscale hotel rooms.」

「TV didn’t work in room and odor in room was terrible.」

「Great for on a budget. Stayed 2 nights.F Fridge , coffee, clean rooms.Next time I will ask for room on back side to eliminate road traffic noise. Mgr was accommodating on my call regarding steps as I was recovering from knee surgery.」

「Room and property were clean; parking was very close. Breakfast was same every day (hot egg patties and sausage links). No elevator.」

「Worst hotel I’ve stayed in」

「I mentioned twice that I was leaving 1 day early and dropped key, but was still charged for extra day. There was no shampoo when I took a shower in the refilled bottles. Then, when reported they took all the towels except one which I used for the rest of the trip as I was out early and back late. Also, the security door was non functioning. Overall, cheap, but crummy. As the only place in town, they could do better.」

「Nice staff, basic breakfast but good, nice beds, comfy pillows, 10 min distance to the lake Geneva. Would stay again」

「Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. 」

「Perfect get away! We will definitely be staying here again. Everything was exceptional! Very cozy and relaxing, loved all the solar lights across the property and all the unexpected wildlife right outside our door. The staff was amazing and helped us find exciting things to do! They had the most comfortable bed & furniture. Loved all there little extra touches.」

「Booked reservation with Expedia in February and paid for it completely! Arrived last night with our confirmation # only to find the Hampton Inn did not have a room for us!! Supposedly the room was canceled ....by some company in SHANGHAI CHINA!!! How do we trust reservations that can be canceled like that.... that are also prepaid?」

「The only real complaint I had was I had never stayed there, felt a little lost. The hotel is like a labyrinth I had five bags with me and no trolleys to take my stuff to my room. A nice man helped me and also helped with explaining directions and the elevator on how to go to where I needed to go to visit a friend, also staying in the hotel. For him I was grateful. I guess front desk needs to maybe ask people if this your first time here? Maybe explain where you’re going. Over all I will come...
