"the attention to detail for a large group was incredible. labels on just about everything, plenty of supplies like cutlery/towels - we loved that the towel hooks in the bathroom are labeled with sailing flags! communication was 10/10 and home was close proximity to all the things we wanted to do. clean, great entertainment space. beautiful view."

"The home was everything we needed it to be...very comfortable ..clean and nice location...the only thing I wish I had known..there aren't very many "supplies" in the kitchen...like saran wrap, plastic storage containers or ziplock bags...or any cooking oils...that we could find...we will just bring them next time :)Thanks!"

"This house was amazing!! Exactly as pictured, comfy beds, plenty of space, and luxurious showers. So beautiful and in a great location. We walked to Pier 290, around Williams Bay, and of course to the Green Grocer. Can’t recommend this place enough!!"

"My 86 year old mother and I were in the area for a family wedding. This home was perfect for us. We each had a queen bedroom. Shared the main bathroom, plus there is a bonus toilet/shower in the basement that was used occasionally.The beds were comfy, house was stocked with everything we needed. Shopping near by and many restaurants. The home is on a main road, but we never had issues with noise. And, it made finding the home easy!The living room furniture is so pretty, but we mostly enjoyed our coffee in the morning in the den off the kitchen. So cozy!Check in and out were easy! And communication was prompt! Thanks!"

"The Parent Trap Suite at The American Hotel was perfect. It had everything one could need for your stay in Lake Geneva. The location is phenomenal, right in the middle of downtown Williams Bay. Terese was the consummate hostess. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Lake Geneva."
