“The Lodge is still under renovations. Our room was missing things like a headboard and bedside tables. The water pressure was weak. The amenities were nice for a family stay. It might be great once it’s all done. I wish we knew before booking.”

“First of all, I didn't pay for the Hot tub, but according to the picture you (or who ever) gave me, I paid for jacuzzi... For that price, I should get it, but no 👎 ... Condition of the facilities = himid and stale smell in the room, on the towels...etc, etc, ... Never again ”

“There was so much walking. It was like a maze at the resort.!! also booked our trip on Expedia did not get the room that we were told we were gonna get with the continental breakfast. There was no continental breakfast however they did put us in a different room but we lost half a day.!”

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”

“We had a suite room it was out dated didn’t have cover for lights fan in bathroom like it wanted to take of tv problems took 2 days to fix door from bedroom to bathroom didn’t shut properly that didn’t get fixed. The pool and restaurant was fine.”

“Rooms were outdated but very clean. Bed was very hard, pillows were flat. There was a mustiness/odor in the room. We ended up leaving as we couldn’t handle the smell.”

“The location was great, but its under renovation and we were the only ones. The water have a smell and it looks yellow, so we couldn't use the hot tub. The only thing available for us was the room.”

“My sisters and I did a girls trip to Lake Geneva and stay here in the 2 bedroom governors suite. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The 2 beds were very comfortable. The only downside was the pull out couch mattress which was just horrible. One of my sister's slept on it and didn't sleep at all. The mattress was sinking down with hard bumps and there no where you could sleep comfortably. Everything else in the room was great. A nice size fridge and a sink. All in all I would stay there……
