“This is a beautiful, peaceful property staffed by the most helpful and friendly people. The reception is always manned with welcoming, knowledgeable staff who cater for your every need. The bedrooms are spotless and cleaned daily. The beds and bedding are excellent. Very comfortable and luxurious sheeting and pillows. The bathrooms are well stocked with toiletries etc and slippers and dressing gowns supplied. The restaurant is housed in a beautiful characterful room. Breakfast is buffet style……

“We chose to stay at the Hyatt for a special birthday coupled with a much needed break. We enjoyed a pleasant welcome and most of the staff were friendly and attentive. The team went above and beyond to recognise the birthday and it made the stay even more special. The house keeping staff were exceptional and the room was always clean and restocked etc. Breakfast was very good: lovely restaurant, friendly staff, great food and a large choice of hot and cold dishes, fruits, cereals, pastries,……

“Sauber.Zimmer geräumig.Balkon mit Meerblick.Personal sehr freundlich. Aber: direkt vor dem Hotel Baustelle/Straßenbauarbeiten. Bei geöffneter Balkontür Lärm unerträglich.Presslufthammer, Bagger , Betonmischmaschine. Stromgenerator etc. , von morgens bis abends inklusive Samstag und Sonntag! Ich habe die Hotelmamanagerin darauf angesprochen und gesagt, dass ich erwartet hätte, rechtzeitig über diesen Umstand informiert zu werden.Sie entgegnete mir , im Hotel selbst gebe es keine Bauarbeiten.Die……

“L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment exceptionnel tout est à quelque part à pied, proche du centre-ville, tout en étant dans un quartier calme. Hotel très propre prestations 4 étoiles personnel très dévoué. Nous conseillons vivement cet hôtel qui vraiment est un petit bijou. Large choix du petit déjeuner très apprécié. Seul petit bémol, manque de choix dans les jus de fruit, un seul par jour différent chaque jour mais d’en avoir plusieurs serait appréciable. Nous recommandons vivement cet……

“We had a very enjoyable stay . All the staff were very helpful , from Zain in reception to all departments the team really work Jose’s it please . There was a Great choice at breakfast and the restaurants on site are good. The gym is well equipped. The location is good for jumping straight into the sea , and although close to the busy area it is far enough away and self contained . We had a great trip. ”

“The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more……
