“We recently stayed at X’tan Ha and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms were clean, although they are somewhat dated and could use some updating. We also had a few visits from ants and termites in our room during our stay. The food was mediocre—not bad, but not particularly memorable. “The place was absolutely charming, it is off grid but you wouldn’t really know. It’s got great beach access and loads of great food options around. Secret beach is just down the path and it is the best beach in the island. Jaime is the chef on the property and his food is to die for! Kayla is also very attentive and they both made our stay comfortable. It’s a very boutique hotel experience, not many rooms on the property so you feel like it’s a very personalized experience.”
