“The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.”

“Good overall experience. Property very nice room was clean. Opted for a suite with ocean view and small paddle pool. The pool is right besides to balcony which overlooks the ocean. Since pool was covered it did not get much heat so water colder than normal. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very nice had plenty of storage for clothes and full kitchen an even washer and dryer. Beach was nice however not too big maybe half mile in length. “We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas……

“The Hotel Indigo Bridgetown was even better than my family and I could've hoped for. The staff is incredible and immediately make you feel at home. I have to give special recognition to the front desk staff who felt like friends by the end of our stay. The location is central to so many things. The pool and pool deck are super relaxing. If there is any negative, and this is being picky, but the food was fairly average for such an impressive hotel.”

The bar staff are fabulous and there is a wide range of drinks on the cocktail menu and the staff will also do drinks that aren't listed.
