「William the night person was great. He was pleasant and helpful. The room was great, the beds comfortable and good location. Just a couple issues; we were told they had breakfast, yet only coffee to drink, no juice. They only had pancakes and that would have been fine, but they tasted sour... like the batter had been out for days. We stayed 4 nights and found it better to ha e breakfast at McDonald's or Hardys. 「Great place in a perfect location for walking to many different local shops and museum. Very accessible parking, spacious room, and comfortable bed. Having a table and chairs in the room as well as outdoor seating was a nice touch. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Savannah and/or nearby Shiloh National Park, which is a short drive across the river.」

「The location is under going renovations so it was sort of messy in lobby but understandable. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was good and one of the main reasons we use HIE. The cookies near the front desk were a nice touch and just enough to shake off a sweet tooth craving. Only down side is the location has no vending machines to grab a quick soda or bag a snacks. Overall I would stay here again.」
