「This place is an overpriced dump. Smells horrible in the rooms and lobby. We were traveling cross country and this was the only hotel in town with rooms due to a national softball tournament in Bismarck. I would sleep in my car rather than stay here again.」

「Hotel was nice, clean and quiet. Staff was nice when seen, pool and hot tub was amazing! Kids loved it! Breakfast was good just wish it had a bit more variety or another waffle maker one maker for a family of 5 was not ideal with other trying to eat as well. Otherwise this stay was a delight!」

「This is our #1 go to hotel when we travel to Bismarck. The location is great, they are pet friendly, they offer breakfast with multiple options and everything is well maintained and clean. We have never had an issue staying here, it is more expensive than other hotels in the area but it is definitely our favorite.」

「One night stay before we drove to rapid city, it was pretty clean. Front desk staff was great, room was clean. Bathroom was fine, but the exhaust vent was covered in dust and dirt. For the price it was a good choice.」

「They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.」

「We had a perfect stay. The staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Coffee was good and hot. No parking issues. Zero issues overall.」

「Room wasn’t that clean, physical items left behind from the previous guests so obviously wasn’t cleaned that well. Staff at the front desk hardly existed when we needed something but when it came to our check out day someone knocked on our door 3 times to see if we had checked out yet. The first time being 9 am. Breakfast was barely restocked. The kids liked the water slide so I’ll give you that.」

「Had reservation, went to check in, they wouldn't let me, I had no physical ID. So I had to stay somewhere else. Would like my money back , I tried to call but the receptionist kept hanging up the phone without answering . Will never recommend Days Inn」

The staff are always helpful and accommodating. The property itself needs some serious updating. The chairs in the kitchen area are peeling and coming apart.
