Lovely location for a night's stay after spending the day at the woodland spa (8 min drive away)

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last year and have absolutely no complaints. Very clean, comfortable beds, great shower, excellent amenities, friendly staff and outstanding breakfast. They have it all.

Lovely hotel. Shower was weird, didn’t get hot unless you ran the bathroom tap on hot too! Still, lovely place - recommended

Burnley is a an old cotton mill and mining town conveniently located for visiting Manchester, the Ribble Valley and the Yorkshire Dales.
The night life is decent if you like clubbing
Burnley shopping is not as good as it was still find some nice wee shops plenty of places to eat. Just nice to visit with family
Loved the town centre with it's keeping of the original facades of the building, pedestrian only streets. Unlike most towns with modern concrete jungles.
Town centre has improved since my last visit
