「You get what you pay for, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, the en-suite was a good size with a powerful shower. The facilities offered were brilliant with the kitchen being very clean and neat. Nicola couldn’t have been any more helpful throughout our stay. Will stay again soon. 」

「The house is nothing special but the bed was comfortable to sleep in and it was in the location we needed to visit family. The kitchen smelled like something was rotting, I think the bins hadn't been disposed of properly before we arrived. There also weren't any towels even though the advert says there will be. It's an okay place to stay as long as you're not expecting luxury.」

「This was probably our 5th or 6th stay at The Craven Heifer but the first since it changed hands from being a family run establishment to being part of a large chain. As always the property was very clean and tidy and very well maintained, definitely no complaints there. For us, the food had always been a selling point of The Craven Heifer, fresh locally sourced produce freshly cooked however on this occasion we did not have an opportunity to experience an evening meal but we did enjoy breakfast...

「I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. We would like a refund for at least one night. If not both. This definitely is not a Hotel. The outside stairs were not safe the handrails were...
