The staff were all very helpful and friendly, particularly, Susey, Heleina & Sarafina who went the extra mile. We did have one sleepless night when the room smoke alarm gave several false alarms but this was fixed . All in all we had a great stay

It really helped that the home had everything we needed especially the ability to do our laundry, cook our own food & the privacy to come & sit down at the dining table unwinding, talking with our kids about the days events.
