Tachikawa is absolutely amazing. The dining options are exceptional, amazing and quirky bars, lovely national park and a brilliant station that goes to almost anywhere in Tokyo. I will return again. I love it.

We were so happy we chose to stay in shinjuku at the start of our trip! Walkable to the train station and the convenience of having a family mart right on the first floor was so convenient!
