“While the front desk staff was not rude, she was not friendly and made no eye contact. The messages she sent checking on our welfare did not seem sincere. I know the carpet is hard to keep clean on the beachfront, so perhaps for this level of accommodations, hotels should consider tile floors. The carpet looked very dirty and seemed unsafe.”

“All was good, if you are going to the convention center this place is perfect. Beach is another story, a slight walk. Elevators were not good though. One broke while I was there for my one night. The other 2 you could press your floor and the elevator would forget, one moment you're going up, then all of a sudden down and you have to repress the button. One of the rides I just got off so I didn't get stuck. Woke up the next morning to see one of them out of order.”

“Great place to stay! Indoor and outdoor pools would be great for young family. We enjoyed the whirlpool and the pools as well. Loved people watching and listening to the waves from our balcony. “You can’t beat the location and the view! The included breakfast was a huge plus and a highlight of our stay. No, it’s not gourmet food, but they have pretty much everything you could ask for AND much of the seating overlooks the ocean. It was glorious!
