“This hotel is more like a motel. It is close to the newly built subway and staff were lovely. My only thought was that there needed to be more english speaking staff particularly if they wanted to attract overseas guests. All in all I was incredibly comfortable here.”

“訂房頁面所顯示的地圖和實際位置完全不同，這是非常嚴重的錯誤，頁面顯示酒店“距離王府井大街 3.6 公里”， 實際上酒店位置在北京西三環， 出入一定要打車，最近的地鐵站國家圖書館站要步行20分鐘。 從酒店打車去北京站要RMB60。 而且酒店衛生情況不大滿意， 房間有陣味， 房價200多元的價錢， 在北京有很多選擇，不推薦”

“This reservation was denied at the reception. Client had to pay again at the hotel.”

“Booked a room on Expedia. Turned up in the evening with family and bags to check in after a gruelling 10 hour trip and was simply told at the desk "sorry no foreigners". We had to walk the streets for more than hour to find a hotel that would allow foreigners. The hotel still took the payment from card.”
