「Generally, not bad for the price. Pros are spacious room, friendly staff and powerful water flow; cons are noise (during my 7-night stay, the building facing the window was being remodeled), no free bottled drinking water(when checking out, I paid VN140,000 for 14 bottles) and no electric water boiler. 」

When I checked in, the receptionist wanted me to leave my passport with the hotel but I said I need to keep it because I may need to exchange money anytime. The second morning, when I finish my breakfast they tried to charge me. The reason was they didn't have my passport. So ridiculous. I paid breakfast when I booked and the payment was useless just because they didn't hold my passport. If they told in the beginning when I...
