“最後まで清掃・シーツやタオル交換がなかった”

“This is a hostel so you must remember this. Well located and easy to get a grab to. The food from the onsite restaurant was really good.”

“Fint værelse set i forhold til prisen. Perfekt lokation.”

“Need some relaxation? This is the place. Nice comfortable rooms, very friendly helpful staff, and an excellent restaurant. The pool and beach settings were beautiful. Other services are available like spa and tours. The front desk folks are eager to help. Loved this place!”

“廁所超級細，地板同書台勁多蟻，樓下就係酒吧好嘈，但係附近好多便利店同食店”

“Clean room. Good staff. Shops nearby”

“The owner is Very good”

“Clean room”

“客房乾淨”

“a lot kids ”

“This hotel is brand new with 3 floors but no elevator. The location is walking distance to the attractions, and located in a quiet place. They have 24 hrs reception and security people. Room is small and simple with TV, hot shower. The only thing is the wall was too thin and could hear about the noise of sleeping from next room. I stayed there on 25th Dec, and they give me a sweet gift which is really sweet. Recommend to stay with RANA.”

“clean room and convenient location”

“働いてる人はいい人たち。 洗濯物干して出かける際は、伝えれば雨のときしまってくれる。 シャワー冷たかったけど、南国だからまだいい。 貴重品は自己管理。”

“The rooms has bugs & my kids were not able to sleep. It would be nice if they value privacy. The pool which is located privately has become public. So loud at night where we can’t sleep. Also, they charged us for booking that we cancelled coz we accidentally put the wrong date.Lessons learned.”

“乾淨 冷氣充足 水壓穩定”
