「Had issues with electric door keys. If one person forgets their key and goes to the front desk to get another one, both of the original keys will no longer work. Basically, locking the other person out and forcing them to go get a working key. At this point, all keys except the new one do not work. To solve this never ending problem we had to figure it out ourselves and ask for 2 new keys any time someone needs one from the front desk. This happened twice to me and my wife and once to my...

「Above average room with comfortable beds and clean bathroom that could use some updating. Quality bed linens and towels. Lovely staff. Complimentary breakfast had a good variety, including healthy options, but the coffee was way below average.」

「The room was clean, and very nice. The bathroom was a little small, but nice. The staff was nice and helpful. Hot breakfast was pretty good. Not much table space for eating though. But everything was good.」

「This is a great small chain we had not heard of before. It has everything a bigger chain does (minus the “extras”—like a pool or workout room, which we didn’t need). The only reason we give it a “good,” is because the tubs are very slippery (yes, my husband slipped and fell), and when I mentioned it to the staff, she said they are aware and it is their cleaning products. So, perhaps there needs to be a change in those, or travelers remember to put the bath mat IN the shower for stability.」
