“The room lacked lights, it was just too dark! Also the floor (carpet) in the room was not clean. The coffee in the breakfast tasted no flavor, and the pancake tasted a little strange. “i had requested that I receive clean towels as well as emptying the garbages on day 2, of 4, & it was never done. The receptionist had requested this service & staff did not comply. As a result i requested a new room for the remaining 2 nights which they provided for me. They apologized, yet the service was lacking for a Hilton. The breakfast I would have expected some yogurt or fruit & this was not the case. Wawa was my morning choice even though "breakfast" was included. No thank you.”
