“Very helpful staff. This hotel is at the affordable end of the market, and that should be taken into account. Staff couldn't have been more kind and helpful. Allowed me to leave my car for a few days whilst I was away walking, which was much appreciated.”

“A really nice couple of days. Helena and Chris were lovely hosts. There were little touches like fresh fruit in a basket that you were asked to help yourself and a great breakfast. A better stocked bar would be useful but I'm sure the owners have this in mind for the future. All in all no request was too much for them and we'll definitely be visiting again.”

“Fabulous B&B , stayed for 2 nights in April the view from the house is stunning and inside Nigel and Helen were excellent hosts the place was spotless and both went universal and beyond too make sure every detail was in place for your stay , topped off with a lovely breakfast with loads of options, will defo be back when in dunoon”

“We were marooned in the Kames Hotel when excessive rain, flooding and landslides closed all the roads out. We could not manage to get to the wedding we had come to attend (neither could the celebrant, hairdresser, makeup artiste..) but we sat in all our finery with glass in hand beside a roaring log fire in the guest sitting room and thoroughly enjoyed the Google Meet wedding of the year ! Great food, company and staff who did all they could to make our stay comfortable. ”

“Good location for my work visit to the west of the city. Flat was cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Parking on the road outside was always possible, although sometimes took a bit of searching for a spot. A bit of road noise at the front of the property, but quiet in the bedroom which was at the back.”
