“Everything was exactly as described. Walkable to places from coffee to dinner. Our kids in their 20s loved the food truck park for a quick evening snack. Beach access was easy - having beach chairs and coolers to use was great. The view was AMAZING. The view is always my deciding factor and it did not disappoint! I think I read a couple reviews that complained that the AC did not keep the unit cool - but if you followed the instructions and kept the shades down in the evening when the sun was……

“We had fantastic views from our unit and very much enjoyed being able to relax on the lanai and watch all of the turtles that swim back and forth in this area! The unit was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!”

“Beach views were great. Condo was spacious slightly dated but expected this.! Pool was great! Wine opener was broken...I had to go buy one. I asked the front desk concierge but they said they weren't allowed to help with this issue so I bought one. I wasn't thrilled about the required paid parking fee 21/ day. at this particular Condo resort " Royal Kahana. " I felt the condo was clean but not as clean as it could have been.”

“This condo has amazing views and everything you need for a great stay. We saw a lot of whales from the balcony. They supply you with several items for your stay, i.e. tp, tissues, towels, dish soap, a few laundry soap pods. Also beach items as well, but we didn’t use those. All we had to buy for our stay was just what we wanted grocery wise. The property manager communicated very well and ensures your stay is great. We had a wonderful time and would rent this condo again! ”

“房间超大，家具布置很好！厨房应有尽有，微波炉，烤箱，灶具，锅碗瓢盆，刀叉。。。最棒的是有洗衣机和烘干机，不用背着一箱脏衣服旅行啦！细节也很棒，有书柜，很多小说，还有DVD。真正的oceanfront，阳台外面就是独立的沙滩和大海，沙子超细，好美！院子里还有免费的游泳池和温泉池。”

“The property is right on the Pacific ocean, with totally beautiful views. These views are as good as it gets. Also, our condo was perfect, a large one-bedroom unit with a more than adequate full kitchen.”
